ANTIFOULING HARD-MATRIX
FLUENT HIGH PERFORMANCE

VC Offshore has outstanding performance, effective both with fresh and salt water even in the harshest of fouling conditions.

Easy and fast to apply because sanding between coatings is not required.

It produces a super-smooth, slippery surface on the hull that reduces drag significantly compared with the use of conventional antifoulings: the boat is faster, the scale build marine does not adhere easily and the surface is easier to clean.

HOW AND WHEN TO USE VC OFFSHORE EU


Compatibility	FRP, Wood, Steel/Iron, Lead. Not suitable for use on Aluminium/Light Alloys or Galvanized Surfaces.
Application	Spray, airmix and roller.
Number of coatings	2 coats in keel 3 coats on coating line, steering wheel, hull etc. every season.
Pratical coverage	10,6 m2/lt with roller.
Launch	min. 2 hours - max 6 months at 23°C min. 3 hours - max 6 months at 15°C
HULL'S MATERIAL	TREATMENT
Bare Grp	Use VC General Thinner for cleaning and degreasing the surface completely. Lightly sand and use VC Tar2 to prime and protect against osmosis.
Steel/lead	Use VC TAR 2 primer for corrosion prevention.
Wood	Use Primocon primer.
EXISTING ANTIFOULING	TREATMENT
Vc Offshore	Carefully wash with fresh water.
Other antifoulings	Check for sound condition. Remove loose material. Rinse with fresh water and allow to dry.
