BACTERICIDE FOR DIESEL

ECO-BACT is a product with a wide spectrum of action against bacterial pollution of diesel fuel, which is a very complex and lately increasingly widespread problem. Unlike normal sludge (paraffins, carbon residues, asphaltenes and tars) which are removed by Fastol, bacterial sludge is only soluble in acids. A minimum amount of water is sufficient to encourage the development of these bacteria. Bacterial residues (biomass) can occlude filters with mucilage-like sludge. Their proliferation also triggers corrosion processes in the tank. Eco-Bact is a highly effective biocide, soluble in both water and diesel fuel, concentrating in the aqueous phase of diesel fuel where contamination is most concentrated. Eco-Bact decontaminates already contaminated fuel and can also be used as a periodic treatment for both prevention and maintenance.
